Pune companies LinguaNext and Vertex team up to tackle Japanese market

LinguaNext is a Pune-based company that allows its customers to create localized versions of software (i.e. translated to a language different than the original language that the software’s interface is in) without requiring access to the source code of the software.

Vertex was a Pune IT-services company with a strong presence in Japan, and is now a subsidiary of NTT DATA of Japan which acquired it recently.

Together, Vertex and LinguaNext will target the Japanese market for localization services. Specifically, they will allow Japanese customers to get Japanese language versions of software products that are not currently available in Japanese, and they will allow Japanese software companies to create English and other language versions of their existing Japanese software so that they can sell it in the global market.
